Kate graduated in 2014 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Touro University Nevada, and has since earned certifications in advanced full-body Active Release Technique, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), as well as TRX Sports Medicine and classical Pilates. She is currently pursuing certification in Jones Strain-Counterstrain to hone her skills, as well as further advanced ART coursework. Kate believes in a tailored-approach, incorporating manual therapy to alleviate pain with specific exercises that build correct movement patterns from the ground up. She has learned the importance of first moving correctly, then moving often.
