We are proud to provide our complete array of physical therapy services to our nation's veterans. Please obtain a referral from your VA physician and call us at 549-5283 to schedule a PT evaluation. We are familiar with the VA system and will handle the authorization process for you.
Once your PT evaluation is complete, we will send it with a plan of care to your physician. Further PT treatment will be authorized upon agreement with the plan of care and we will call to schedule you at that time.
