Sapphire Physical Therapy is pleased to offer physical therapy treatment to eligible members of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. Our physical therapists are on-hand to treat patients at the Tribal Health Clinic in St. Ignatius on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
There is no cost for tribal members, however patients must have a referral from their eligible primary care provider in order to be authorized for physical therapy treatment through Tribal Health.
You may call Tribal Health's Clinical Services office at 745-3525 ext. 5065 to obtain treatment authorization. Once authorized, please call us at the Tribal Health Clinic at 745-3525 ext. 5012 to schedule a physical therapy evaluation and treatment.
