John Fiore, PT

John is the owner of Sapphire PhysicalTherapy. John is a 1993 graduate of the University of Montana physical therapy school and his areas of physical therapy expertise and interest include sports injury, low back and neck pain, manual therapy, biomechanical bicycle fitting, work hardening, and functional capacity evaluation to help injured workers return to employment. Professional development includes a variety of continuing education topics. John is presently working toward a certification in manual therapy through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).

As an avid trail runner and cyclist, John shares his energy and passion for the outdoors in the form of patient motivation and example. John is a cofounder of RATPOD (Ride Around the Pioneer Mountains in One Day), an annual 125-mile bicycle ride benefiting Camp Mak-A-Dream. RATPOD is the single largest fundraiser for Camp Mak-A-Dream, a no-cost camp experience for children with cancer.

Sadie began her PT career at Sapphire Physical Therapy after graduating with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana in 2007. She currently specializes in orthopaedic physical therapy and is pursuing her desire to focus on women’s health related issues. Sadie lives in Missoula with her daughter. Originally hailing from the quaint fishing community of Soldotna, Alaska on the famed Kenai Peninsula, Sadie feels at home in the mountains of western Montana were she enjoys rafting, camping, and hiking with her daughter. 

 

 

 

Jaclyn Carson, DPT

Originally from Billings, Jaclyn earned Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana this May after completing her final clinical with Sapphire Physical Therapy. We are pleased to announce that she began her PT career with us after graduation. Her professional areas of interest are orthopaedic physical therapy, women’s health, and manual therapy. As a newly self-proclaimed runner, Jaclyn ran her first half marathon in 2009 in the Missoula Marathon. She also enjoys playing/coaching softball, playing hockey, camping, hiking, and taking her dog Daisy for walks. In her free time, Jaclyn coaches little league softball with her sister and mom, which is pretty entertaining.
